File Formats

  • Submit audio as WAV files.
  • 16-bit / 44.1 kHz minimum, 32-bit / 192 kHz maximum.
  • MP3, M4A and up-sampled WAV files are not recommended.

  • Continuous per-side mastered tracks are fine with a PQ sheet.
  • Zip your files to send them by email or online transfer.

Mastering Guidelines

  • We strongly recommend your music is professionally mastered for vinyl.
  • If you need it, we can quote you for vinyl mastering.
  • If no mastering is requested, we'll assume your music is already mastered for vinyl.
  • Include a PQ or cue sheet from your mastering engineer if you have one.
  • Otherwise, list the track order on the cutting information form.

Maximum Recommended Side Lengths

  • 7” at 45 rpm — 4.5 minutes per side.
  • 7” at 33 rpm — 6 minutes per side.
  • 12” at 45 rpm — 15 minutes per side.
  • 12” at 33 rpm — 20 minutes per side.

Special Mastering Requirements

  • If this project was previously released on vinyl and you want the sound to stay consistent between versions, send a copy of the original pressing or contact us to discuss options.

Special Cutting Requests

  • Deadwax inscriptions, banding removal or changes, locked-groove changes and other special cutting requests should be noted on the cutting information form.
